Delete your account

Effective 29 October 2026. Labbaik360 Connect is operated by the owner of Labbaik360 Connect.

Delete from the app

Open Labbaik360 Connect and go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account, profile, photo, contacts, requests and the messages still on our server are deleted at once. Your phone's saved history is also cleared. Copies in our encrypted backups are overwritten within 14 days.

Delete without the app

Write to our grievance officer (below) from the email address on your account, or include your mobile number. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm with a code we send to that number or email. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What we may keep

We keep some data after deletion only where the law requires or allows it:

reports about the account and its security log, for up to 3 years;
evidence in an open complaint review, until the review ends (at most 30 days) and for as long as any resulting legal claim requires;
records we must keep under a legal order or the directions of CERT-In (up to 180 days).

If your account is under an open review, deletion waits until the review ends.

Messages you already sent stay on the phones of the people who received them. Deleting your account does not remove them from those phones.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, or sooner where the law requires (for example 72 hours for requests to remove certain unlawful content, and 24 hours for content showing a person's private areas or impersonating them).
